We are so fortunate to have been leasing space at 2 Hammond when the building was purchased and renovated by Pike.  To witness this historic property transform from a mostly empty building to now being occupied by tenants living in beautifully appointed apartments has been an experience we are all grateful for.  We were able to continue to lease the street level space and now enjoy welcoming many visitors and residents who come to the chamber and admire the unique qualities of this property in the heart of downtown Bangor.  We are grateful to be here and thankful for the investment and efforts made to preserve and restore one of Bangor’s true gems.
