While it’s a less traditional way of giving back, at Pike, we love sharing our knowledge and expertise with local connections. We believe that assisting surrounding communities in navigating the renovation process to establish their own historic districts helps lift all communities. And that’s just what we did with our friends at Heart of Ellsworth, who are working on some really exciting projects. 

Batter up! When the Bangor Little League needed some help fixing up their dugouts, the team at Pike Project Developers stepped up to the plate (okay, we promise, no more baseball puns). Together with our partners at Ware Butler, we were able to complete a full renovation of the dugouts, making them sturdier and safer for our local little leaguers. 

Who doesn’t love to help families create a happier holiday? When the team at Pike Developers realized that the giving tree at a local school needed a little attention, we took action! Our generous employees and community partners helped match funds raised within the community and headed shopping – getting gift requests from over 200 tags.
